We’ll deliver your order using Royal Mail, My Hermes, UPS, or a similar courier, depending on the size of your item. Sometimes, we might need your phone number so the courier can reach you about your delivery.
Our product images give you a great idea of what to expect, but slight differences might occur. Colors and shades can look a bit different depending on your screen or monitor. Rest assured, the actual product will be just as lovely!
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 to 7 working days since each item is made just for you! If there’s a delay or an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know with an updated delivery time. If that doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to offer a refund. For multiple items, we’ll do our best to send them together, but it’s not always guaranteed due to size or availability.
